 |  Mornopa is the provincial capital of Heglid, the Snowy State. It's surrounded by glacial mountains, popularly used by athletes from all over R.F.M.S. In order to get into the city itself, one would have to use one of the two bridges to get in, the other to get out; alternate routes could be flying in from the sky. Its position is just north of the mainland, and it rests atop a frigid sea.
| 0 | 0 | | | The Qixy reservation is the community of Old Way Magi largely made of Qixy tribesman and tribeswoman. It's located on a mountain in Heglid, away from mainstream civilization, where they can teach the Old Way.
| 0 | 0 | |  | Ivor Palace is the seemingly royal residence of Mavrilus von Magis and much of the Luminarium. The Palace functions more or less like a fortress and retreat, and was constructed atop the snowy mountains of Heglid, 60 miles up. It's 108 meters long across the front, 120 meters deep and 24 meters high. Truly an architectural wonder of Alfar design, based on Mavrilus's research of the mysterious race. It's generally white in color with a golden and azure trim. There are four towers surrounding the palace, each with edgy roofing, giving off a fearsome impression. There are 775 rooms in total, comprising largely of State, Royal and Guest bedrooms as well as staff bedrooms, offices and restrooms. The five main rooms are the Royal Suite, War Room, Ballroom, Gallery and Throne room.
